 + 1 moreNorman was great to work with. He was quick to come out and give an estimate and easy to schedule the work. His workmanship is excellent, his prices were very fair, and he completely cleaned up after the work was finished.
Description of Work: Norman parged a wall in my basement and sealed a weak point of masonry on the outside leading to the basement.

Description of Work: They parged a basement wall prior to selling our home. And filled in the exterior cracks along patio and foundation. However they did not move our grill and missed a huge crack. The basement wall looked great but the terrible winter snow and ice ended up making the crack worse and water got in the basement.

 + -1 moreHe was so quick to respond to our request to parge our ugly basement wall and come take a look and give a free estimate. At least 5 other contractors turned us down saying they were too busy or the job was too small and we would still have to pay their minimum price. He beat our other estimate by $100. He scheduled for the end of the same week and showed up right on time and got to work. The project changed a little as he worked since there was no way to access the one section of our wall so we suggested that he use the remaining materials to fix the patio and he did it all for the same price. They were finished in about 4 hours. And left the basement so clean. We definitely recommend Norman!
