These folks did a great job removing the old shingles and replacing with architectural grade shingles. They completed the job in one day. It looks great! However, after they left, later I found a wicked roll of nail gun nails that they missed in the cleanup. I'm really glad nobody stepped on them, because that would have caused an emergency room visit for sure. If not for that, I would have given them five stars.

Went well, he was very Punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He recommended since the underlying wood was painted the same color as the face that fell off it might not be worth reattaching a creased face, especially since I knew I would need to be replacing the entire roof. So instead I had him provide an estimate on the roof replacement. It already had 2 layers so all would need to come off. He gave an estimate of 8500 but could go up to 14000 depending on how many plywood sheets would need replacement. This is for a ranch home, 2 car garage approx 1600 sqf

Bud from Fox and Co. Roofing was extremely easy to deal with, gave me an honest and reasonable quote and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. He did a very thorough repair of some missing shingles from my roof and even sealed some other spots while he was there. I will definitely be calling Bud and Fox &Co. again when it's time to replace my roof. Highly recommended!

I needed a roof estimate for a house in closing on shortly! These guys were pleasant and efficient and answered any questions we had. Definitely will work with them once we close for some work!

Reminded and felt compelled to write review after roof work strength tested with recent severe snow storm. Fox Co put in a solution to prevent ice dams that had occurred in previous winters and resulted in water backing up into house in multiple locations -- and it has worked perfectly. The entire process for roof replacement went very smoothly as well from estimate and scheduling, through removal of old roof, installation of new one, and cleanup. Found prices to be most reasonable, and personnel friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

The project went great and they were on budget and on time. Fox Roofing were very clean and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

I found out the hard way we had a roof leak. Sheet rock came crashing down in the middle of the night. Getting the roof fixed asap was a priority. I was amazed how smoothly the job went. Buddy and his crew were courteous and professional from the first phone call to the final walk around. They were able to get the job done ahead of schedule, under the quoted estimate and with no issues. They even came back and took care of some additional repairs to some wall siding problems that were not originally quoted, at no extra charge. The roof looks great. Its been 6 weeks with some heavy rains and the roof works perfectly. Bottom line is I have another property in town that I own. I will have no problem using them for that house when its time for another roof.

Decided not to go with this provider

Fox Co Roofers did an excellent job! The crew of five came and started early/on time as scheduled. The roof was completed in one day. They moved any outside items and protected/covered the house and property. The dumpster was removed the next day. They were very professional, courteous and helpful. Everything was cleaned up and immaculate. They made sure there was nothing left on the property including nails. I had several conversations with Bud as to the work that needed to be done. He was available at all times and went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns I had. I could call him anytime and he was available. He was honest and fair in his price. They were great. They knew what they were doing. They gave us solid recommendations and they were not pushy on trying to sell us a new roof. They fixed our problem and they were clean. They were professional, courteous and smart. They were the same when they put the new roof on. They were great all around. We would absolutely use them again.

He gave me some recommendations without charge regarding my down spouts. I would consider using them in the future if I have gutter issues.

Not happy with the lack of professionalism.

The crew showed up a little earlier than expected and began preparations immediately. Tear off of the existing materials began as soon as the large dumpster was placed in the driveway. Shortly after the tear off began the flatbed truck with the new shingles arrived. Construction was completed by the end of the day. Clean up was relatively easy because tarps were placed around the house to catch most of the smaller materials that came off the roof. The following day the dumpster was removed from the driveway. Overall the project proceeded according to the proposal: on time, on budget and as expected.

They had to take off the vinyl siding because the windows weren’t put in right. They were pricey, but they did a really good job. In the past, people have just puttied it up to try to fix the leak. They did a major job in order to really fix the problem. He spent about an hour looking at the job to give us a good estimate. He explained what the problems were and what it would take to fix the problem. You get what you pay for.

They did a pretty good job on the roof, but left the work area a mess, and failed to return to clean it up, despite multiple requests. Also installed a defective attic ventilation fan, and have never returned to replace it.

They finished the job on time. Overall satisfied with the work performed. But I must say that Mr Gary was not punctual in returning the calls. Had to call no of times to his cell phone and office to schedule little bit of unfinished job. Also clean up after the job could be better. We had to clean up left over nails etc. from the yard.

Roof was scheduled, but was postponed due to weather a few days. Then when they started of course it rained! Had to finish on a Saturday. They started earlier than township ordinance allowed, and had to stop for an hour after a complaint. It was an honest mistake. Finished job looks great. They used a magnet tool to cleanup nails. Cleanup was fair, but we do have several planting beds and some of the old roof materials were small and hidden till next rain. The siding, windows etc. was scheduled but started a week later. This was a very big job since it was everything. Job took 20 work days. Longer than expected, but not an issue for us. A large crew did tear down very quickly and wrapped house in insulation. Not every contractor does this. We did not see this done on any other house in our community that had siding replaced. The crew to do install was small. But, very particular. THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS JOB IS ONE PERSON...BUD! Bud is amazing. What a beautiful job and very accurate. Some of the windows were tough and some were huge to put in. Also he was very flexible about when they had to get into the house to work on windows. Shoes were removed before entering house. Minimal painting chipping around frames, so much better than we expected. So we do not need any carpentry repair inside. We expected that he would have to remove posts from our 13 year old fencing to access siding. He notched the post! hardly noticeable and no fencing contractor needed. We ordered a textured aluminum trim, but noticed that other houses did not have this and after talking to him realized it was not a good idea. He knows his stuff and used the smooth trim. He gave us a piece and we purchased paint that was perfect match for large colonial molding trim to be put back on house over windows and door. He painted all of these pieces. Cleanup was good. Interior caulk job by another crew member was fair. We would use them again of course, but its all done! Job was finished 7/15/2011. We do not anticipate any problems.

Gary Fox arrived promptly for the estimate and looked the house over thoroughly, even going up into the attic to confirm that there was only one roof on the house. He took considerable time with me to explain the work that needed to be done and to address each of my concerns before presenting a very reasonable estimate. The work was scheduled in good time, and the crew arrived precisely on time. I can't say enough about care and professionalism shown in all aspects of the job. Each phase was completed quickly, thoroughly and with a minimum of fuss. It seemed that no one ever stopped moving, even for a minute! Since I have a young son, I especially appreciated the fact that, although the crew was composed of young men, there was absolutely no yelling, cursing, or inappropriate conversation at all. Even their radio was kept at a reasonable level and a family-friendly station - remarkable. Upon completion of the job, which took longer than anticipated due to unexpected conditions with rotted boards, etc, the crew cleaned up with amazing efficiency, leaving my yard looking better than when they came. Any remaining concerns (missing gutter clips and a few questions) were addressed with Gary and remedied the next day. The gentleman who took care of these details was as thorough as all of Fox Roofing's team, even seeing (and fixing) something that I had missed. All-in-all, this was one of the best experiences I have had with a construction firm, and I would certainly use them again for anything within their purview.

The owner of the company came in November and provided an estimate for my planning purposes. The following spring, he very kindly agreed to honor that same estimate, and gave me a clear timeline for when the work would begin. The work started when first thing in the morning (about 7:30 or 8 am), and was done and cleaned up before I got home from work. There were no additional surprise costs. The charcoal Timberline shingles look great, and I would definitely go back to Fox Co. for other services.

It began well with a fair estimate. The work was scheduled hastily, but completed as planned. The roof seems to be installed well, but clean up was very poor. Lots of nails, tarpaper, shingle snips, and cigarrette butts left on site. Also failure to follow up to repair malfunctioning exhaust fan dispite repeated requests. No response to phone calls requesting warrrenty infomation. I was very disappointed
