After I reduced the overly large Norton product load on my PC, leaving the one product I did need, I was left with a disorganized mess that I could not manage. Alex organized the products on my PC and showed me how the the Norton product worked with Chrome and Password Manager. I am now able to resume my own work.

Chris was polite, prompt, and spot on with his quote for replacing the touch screen on my laptop. Chris asked more specific questions than the other tech company and purchased the correct screen for $119. The other company quoted me $175 for the touch screen. I am VERY happy and will recommend CB Tech to any of my friends who need an honest, diligent, polite, computer guy.
