I needed replenishment of coolant for an old A/C unit that has a very slow leak. Tech arrived on time and first checked my thermostat and furnace in the basement for any possible problems. Also checked outside unit for telltale signs of a major issue. He was courteous and provided explanations as we went along that were interesting and informative. He then provided an estimate of cost depending on amount of coolant needed. Must admit, price was shockingly high for labor/materials required. If re-incarnation exists, I'm coming back as a heating/cooling technician!!!

They were awesome!! At the peak of the heat, of course our air conditioner quit. They responded almost immediately and fixed the problem. We were back online, basking in the cool air in no time. The representative was very courteous and professional. AND the price was right, very reasonable!!

John was who I worked with. He was great tried to trouble shoot the issue even w/o coming out. When it became obvious I needed the service call he was quick and courteous and fixed the fixed as opposed to others who have come out (not from service magic site) who simply insisted I needed to replace my heat pump

Valairco sent John to check on my two furnace systems. John was fast and efficient. John set my mind at ease that the systems were functioning correctly and that there were no immediate problems. I was concerned about the possibility of a carbon monoxide leak. John also cleaned and serviced the furnaces. I would recommend Valirco to all.
