Very professional which I love and stands by his work. Once he was done, my dog was standing in the middle of the floor, he looked and smiled, retrieved his equipment from his truck and fixed it, and returned to make sure everything was fine. You don't find people to stand by their work however will take your money and run. I would highly recommend this company.

Chester had to repair a small section of laminate flooring that I damaged when I dropped dresser mirror. I live in Staten Island and he came by to give me an estimate which I believed was very fair. He arrived following day, and done the job quickly and professionally, no mess , floor looks like nothing ever was damaged. I was fortunate to have extra flooring from when the job was first done years ago, so that keep the cost down. I highly recommend him, and being a homeowner I have been taken advantage by dishonest contractors over the years so I know BS when I hear it. Please use Chester for any of your flooring projects, you will be very happy you did.

Chet is a no BS kinda guy, he will tell you what he thinks is best for you, he's honest with his business and he definitely knows what he is doing.

He never finished the project 100%. We were told it was a 1 day job and it took longer. The main reason is he arrived at 10:00 am and left at 3:00 pm on day one. Day two he arrived at 10:00 am and left 12:30 pm. There was molding work to be completed partly because we had the T molding on order. He never returned to finish the job. We were told we could return the excess flooring which turned out to be incorrect after speaking with the supplier. We have two boxes of excess flooring costing approximately $230+. To add insult to injury his van leaked oil and transmission fluid on our driveway which could not be removed with a degreaser. We had to replace 15 pavers which was an additional cost. I would not recommend Chet the Floor Guy to anyone.

When you call they return your call promptly and most of all answer all your questions and show up when they say they will.

Came on time, was very professional, after viewing the floors to be refinished he gave me an option to reduce the previous price quote (that was given over the phone) that he said would come out fine and it did. I am very happy with their service and definitely would use them again.

Chet did an amazing job on our floors! our floors were a bit of a mess because of previous tile that was in the bedrooms but they did a beautiful job. They were professional and timely in all matters. My husband and I had quite a few floor companies come in to give us estimates, and being a young couple we felt like they were trying to take advantage of us price wise. Chet's price was unbeatable and he was honest with us from the start. They were reliable and timely in answering any questions we had and addressing any of our concerns. Sorry a little late with my review, they were on time and very helpful, my floors , Dinning and living room look beautiful, they did the staining and sanding , Oat floors. Also, move my furniture and put it all back. His helper, was very helpful about removing a water stain on furniture.

Chet (short for Chester) did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable, perfectionist, clean, NOT EXPENSIVE, asks our opinions before installing trims, etc. Awesome! Works quickly, precisely, clean!!!!! Removes unused/garbage material. Wonderful personality! Highly recommended, job took just a few hours to lay down laminate flooring in our dining room. We are so pleased with his work, we have future projects for him, he'll definitely be our "go to man", wish we could give him 100 stars, he truly deserves them!
