+ -1 moreWe had others giving estimates for a new unit. We didn't need a new unit at that time and he kept it going for a few more years. It did get to a point when he said you need to upgrade. We believed him since he had kept the older unit running for as long as he could. If he says you need a new one, believe him. Very honest and fair with pricing. Any issues, he is very responsive.

+ -1 moreIt went great. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and professional. He is also reasonably priced and determined to provide excellent service. Adjustments were made to the equipment in order for them to run at their highest efficiency.
