Service went really well .We had a bathroom remodel and they coordinated with a carpenter to get the work done in efficient and professional way.

have used gary a few times. has been a pleasure to work with. highly recommend. he usually will not call back until he is finished for the day to make new appointments which i didnt mind because he concentrates on the job he is doing. his rates are reasonable and i feel he is very honest.

Gary came, and got the pump to work one time just to drain the existing water out of sink. He stated, however, that the existing pump was pretty much dead, and wouldn't last more than one or two more washes before dying again. I agreed to have him replace it. It was done very quickly. The pump works as intended, even though he did have to come back one time to adjust the sensitivity of the pump (it wasn't completely draining water out of the sink). I also had to adjust it myself one more time after that (still wasn't quite right). He showed me how to do the adjustment so that I wouldn't have to wait. The pump works perfectly.

The plumber stayed in contact and was able to arrive a little early. He put down a drop cloth to protect the area, cleared the clog, checked everything and cleaned up. I would hire him again and highly recommend him.

Removed old, corroded sink drain from basin and replaced. Removed leaking stand pipe and replaced it. Gary was prompt, efficient and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner and I am completely satisfied with the results.

Called him around 9:30 am and left a message. He returned the call quickly and said he could be at our house in 20 minutes. He arrived on time and fixed the sink. Work was completed by noon. Gary is a very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous guy. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Looks like we have a new plumber!

Gary was responsive, prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend/use again. Other plumber I called was more interested in selling me a new heater - even though I explained I was only nine years into a twelve year warranty on my existing heater. Gary was flexible and came out as soon as warranty parts arrived. Work was performed quickly and no surprises.

Did an excellent job from start to finish and was priced fairly. He has done work for us before and have always had the same great service.

Mr. Weber called several hours after I left a message and set up an appointment for afternoon the next day..he said he would call before he arrived which he did and he was here around 1:00..he was very nice..went straight to work and was done in a short time..both repairs completed and working perfectly...he also gave me a price when we asked out of curiosity what he charged for a new hot water heater installed..we were quite shocked to find we had paid Paul Noll about $700. more and have never even received the town inspection we paid for..we will definately recommend him to a friend who has been looking for a plumber and anyone else who asks..Very happy a friend of mine recommended Angie's List...

Wonderful! He didn't try to push a new tub on us with all the attendant cost. So I think that proves that he's not out to rip people off.

Very professional person. Will call you back the same day. High integrity, charges modest/appropriate fees and is honest. He is efficient, business like but very personable/pleasant. If he is very busy with a lot of appointments, he has always told me exactly when he would arrive, and if he was running late, always got a call. We have called him many times over at least a ten year period and his reliability has been consistent. Occasionally when he was very busy, he has called to let us know he could not come right away and I appreciate that type of communication. I would recommend without hesitation.

Gary and his assistant were both incredibly polite and professional. Gary gave me a more affordable repair alternative instead of doing a major replacement. Very pleased with every aspect of the service.

He told me my garbage disposal was actually still working but the new was quietier so I appreciated his honesty and he did a good job.

Wonderful service all around. Gary returned my phone call promptly and arrived on time for our appointment. I was told by other plumbers that it would take hours to install a new sink drain and faucet. Gary installed these items plus moved my gas pipe connecting our stove in 1.5 hours. Gary cleaned up beautifully after the work was completed and was very respectful. After receiving several quotes, Gary prices were one of the best we received.. We highly recommend him and will most certainly being using him for future plumbing jobs.

We've used him before and he is always good. He is always on time. He is kind of no-nonsense and he gets the job done. He is very neat. One of the bathrooms is in an awkward angle to get at and he didn't have any problems at all. When I guessed how much it was, I was way high. We would use him again without hesitation.

All systems given a once over, so that I have confidence with the winter season approaching and after having sat in nearly 2 feet of water during the flood in August. I have just recently moved into the house, so Gary was very extremely helpful in explaining all about the systems and their current wear and tear. He was very responsive to my initial call and very prompt.
