+ -1 moreNot good at all. Cool-O-Matic was unresponsive to our calls for emergency weekend service. We used this company to install a new HVAC system approximately 15 years ago, and they were competitive, responsive and did a good job. They serviced us without incident over the years as well, and we considered ourselves a good customer. You would think that there would be some type of loyalty to a good customer, but none was to be found. Advice: If you have an emergency HVAC issue stay away from Cool-O-Matic.
Description of Work: This company advertises after-hours emergency services. We called them repeatedly for repair service on the weekend of 1/30/16 due to a furnace which stopped working. Three (3) days and we never got a response.
