Description of Work: They were late and I had to call both days to see when they were coming. There was a change in days of service which was inconvenient but I understand things happen. It was just not a great first impression. The second day there was only one man working and there was too much work for one man to complete. He did his best, but I knew he had to rush. The molding around my bathroom window was never painted. I did not report it although I should have.

Description of Work: The provider has a terrible phone and english is not his first language. |Communication was awful. Could not set up an appointment. My house was too far for him to travel. The deal as he described did not sound like the deal I purchased. I had to switch to another deal.

Description of Work: I hired Straight Line to paint my bathroom. The gentleman showed up on time, was extremely neat and very respectful. They did an awesome job and I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Good painting job. Was surprised by the final cost. The original posting was 1 painter for 8 hours OR 2 painters for 4 hours for $199.00 total. This was a "teaser rate" and lured me into the transaction. I think 1 painter for 2 days would have been less costly than the $700.00 I spent.

Description of Work: Spent weeks playing phone tag. They then advised they could not do job in allotted time (despite not even seeing room). They provided numerous quotes for bringing in a second person, with the price changing several times. Finally we opted to cancel the project because the "big deal" was becoming a "big headache."

Description of Work: They were scheduled to come out on Wednesday March 9th,2016 and did not show. Rescheduled for Friday March 11,2016 and they did not show. Therefore,cancelled the order.

Description of Work: We painted /repaired drywall in our entire interior ,3 story house consisting of large 3rd floor bedroom /bath ,large 3 story hallway with skylight ,kitchen,dining room,living room.All ceilings,woodwork and doors as well as changing color scheme.His team were very professional and tidy cleaning up every day for 5 days.we had a leak in 2 places that prevented us from completing the job entirely and Odes was very amenable to returning when we solve our water problem.Enjoyed working with Odes as he is very responsive, professional and does beautiful work.

Description of Work: They primed all the drywall and ceiling in a finished off garage. The guy that came out was very nice and professional. He also did a very nice job and finished quickly. |Only minor complaint is that the original date they were scheduled for, they called and canceled an hour before they were due. That was an inconvenience. We did reschedule for the following day and everything was great.
