New Life Landscaping

New Life Landscaping was hired to resolve standing water issues on my property. They "supposedly fixed" the water issues and were paid roughly $3,000.00 at the end of June. Within a month of the work being completed, I still had standing water issues in the same areas. I texted pictures to the company to show the standing water and requested that they come back to resolve these issues. I was told they could give me another quote to fix the work which was already supposedly completed. When I stated that the work had already been paid, Evan stated he misunderstood and they would be back to resolve the issues. Nobody came back. I sent pictures again the next month and again the next month. I was then told the work would be completed in the fall so the seed, which was paid in the original invoice, would take better over the winter months. Jason came out to my house finally, at the end of October, to see the issues (this is the first time he had returned since the quote back in May and the work being performed in the beginning of June), and stated they would add more seed and resolve the issues. I also told him I would like to aerate the lawn so put me on this list. Right after this we had a pretty good rain and I called Jason's cell requesting he come see the issue the next day to see how bad it was. I have not heard back from him to this day and the issues have not been resolved. I have also had some email exchanges last month with Evan requesting payment for an outstanding lawn service invoice in the amount of $85.30. I told him I would not be paying this invoice until my water issues were resolved. He than states, after 7 months of communications requesting resolution for the standing water issues, that grading doesn't always take and he can give me another estimate to fix the work that was supposed to be done with my original payment. I told him no thank you! This company does not stand by their work or their word. New Life Landscaping did not return, when they assured me for months, they would come back and fix the outstanding issues.

I had several estimates. Jason was the best price and the most courteous of the three I spoke with. He did an excellent job and the patio looks great. Gave already recommended New Lufe to several friends.

Jason was great to work with, very professional, responsive to emails and texts.The guys were knowledgeable and very polite, kept me informed and worked hard. Jason and his crew were very patient on the last minute changes that were made. I would highly recommend new life and will use them in the future.

My entire experience with Jason and his crew was A++. Jason communicated with a specific vision, laid out everything they were going to do how they were going to do it, and then they executed this plan to a T. I hired Jason to do a large cement job. First, they performed a wall repair of my entire basement wall in order to sure up the loose particles from an old cement wall. The concrete was perfect. The wall looks great and it will last over 100 years. Because they did such a fantastic job on the wall, I also hired Jason to cement the entire basement floor. I had a dirt cement floor, and they poured concrete to seal the entire floor. They were quick, always prompt, and performed a high quality job. Jason's prices were also super reasonable for the quality of work performed. These were two large jobs. I don't write too many reviews, however felt the need to share as they performed such a great job and were so easy to work with.

All the guys that we did got estimates from were very nice; and I got 3 other estimates.

The service was good, but I did have to have them come back out a few times. Some of the crews were sub-par. They did improve and changes were made. I have been with them for about 7 times. We have had many years of good experiences with them.

Their service has been good. We started using them last summer. They are reasonably priced. They came out every 2 weeks. In the beginning we had the same employees who came out, but in the end they changed employees and I had to go out and remind them where to weed-wack.
