Contacted Master Attic via Angi and Alex, the technician came to evaluate our attic and crawl space (2 separate spaces in our house). We heard critter noises and our upstairs was hot in the summer. The insulation was original to the ~30 year old house, so we know it's about time to get it done. Alex checked both spaces and showed us photos of problem areas. We have an estimate and Alex explained the details of the work involved. The team came within the week (we lucked out to take the spot of a cancellation), and everything was done as expected. There was a lot of work to remove old insulations, vacuum all debris, sanitize the space, seal all air gaps, install baffles, rodent proof, and install new insulation. The work was completed in around 6 hours, the spaces are now clean and tidy - quite unbelievable given how they were before. We went for the heavier insulation which is reflected in the project cost.

We called several different companies to request information regarding cleaning our attic after removal of a family of raccoons. After several conversations with different companies, we asked Master Attic to come to our home and provide an estimate for the work. Anthony came to our home the next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Anthony inspected our home, took pictures, and explained the work that needed to be done. Anthony provided us with a detailed quote after his inspection and gave us a next day appointment. The following morning Roberto and Wilmer arrived as promised. Roberto acted as the Foreman for the job as well as part of the team to do the work. Roberto was polite, professional, and reviewed the step-by-step process with us; clean the entire attic, vacuum after the cleaning, inspecting all areas of the attic / roof and seal any openings to prevent another animal entering the attic, disinfecting the area, and take before and after photos. After this discussion, the team went to work. Roberto and Wilmer were extremely careful and respectful of our home, putting down plastic to ensure that nothing in our home was damaged during the job. They wore hazmat suits, booties, and special breathing masks; this gave us additional confidence that they knew what needed to be done and gave us confidence that the work would be performed well. Roberto and Wilmer spent 8+ hours cleaning our attic; this job was very challenging as there are many areas that are part of crawl spaces that are not easy to access. The attic and crawlspace was cleaned and vacuumed, all holes / potential access points were filled with spray foam, and they even placed a protective barrier on both gable ends of our home. The attic and crawlspace space was spotless when they were finished. In addition, Roberto and Wilmer removed the plastic, vacuumed the room that was the access to our attic, vacuumed the stairway to our second floor, and cleaned the outside of our home to ensure that there was no debris. As Foreman, Roberto kept us informed throughout the process. At completion of the job, Roberto shared pictures with us of the attic and crawl spaces as well as the areas that were sealed as a preventative measure. Master Attic removed my old and rodent infested insulation, thoroughly cleaned out all the junk in my attic, vacuumed all the dirt, debris, and rodent feces, sealed all air leaks, installed rodent-proof cages around any entry points to the attic, sanitized the entire attic space and installed new insulation throughout. I was very pleased with the job Joe and his crew performed. They were courteous and worked very efficiently.

Work was done neatly and quickly. They did a good job.

Sales man said that they would remove all belonging from attic for us to review in what to keep and throw out. But actual workers did not remove all belonging's for us to review. They worked around. Other than that I was pleased.

Anthony came out quickly and gave us a fair price for the job. He inspected everything and took photos. The crew Elias, Julian and Victor came out the next day, first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional throughout their work. The crawlspace was cleaned, all cracks and holes were filled with spray foam, they replaced all insulation and vacuumed twice. The crawlspace space was spotless when they were finished, and Elias shared before and after photos of the space. I am very happy with Master Attic. This is the second time I used them. I used them in a basement of another house last year.

The job was performed extremely well. Everything was done as described on the contract. It has been a week and we have not heard any more noises from the attic since they sealed all the holes. We highly recommend Master Attic to anyone with rodent issues in their attic.

Overall it went very well. They showed up on time and were very neat and made certain to protect my home. They were able to get the work done in the time promised. They allowed me to inspect my attic twice and both times everything was in good order. There was one little snafu with their vacuum the hose outside became disconnected and was blowing into my backyard. I had to alert them that this occurred but they quickly rectified the situation and cleaned up what had been blown in my yard. I would hire them again but to be honest I’m hoping I never have to.

My experience was awesome. Kevin was my technician and he answered any questions I had, which was a lot might I add since I don't know much about insulation. My old insulation was really dirty and old so it was time to replace. The price was great, 5K in total. When having someone come into my home, I am always weary. But Kevin made me feel comfortable and he was very professional with his work.

After looking through dozens of companies I finally found Master Attic. I could tell from my first phone call that they were very professional and I felt at ease. The next day a technician came to inspect my place and I was very pleased with the quote. My insulation was really old and dusty and needed desperately to be changed. Robert was my technician and he not only replaced my insulation but he also cleaned and sanitized everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. My insulation was replaced in a timely manner and Robert was very professional.

Upon moving here I had a small rodent problem that was unable to be taken care of alone. While searching for an insulation/pest control service a neighbor of mine recommended this specific business. Due to the fact that they dealt with them directly and had such high regards for them I opted to give them a try since I’ve been over and never knew they had a small rodent problem. Not only are they affordable for a thorough job, but for a little over 8K which is quite affordable when dealing with pesky problems such as pests or rodents along with needing a stellar service for a job well done was much obliged. They did an amazing job, not only did they clean the place, but also sanitized it and sealed all holes. I haven’t had a problem since and I am definitely recommending! Thanks again!

Master Attic replaced my old insulation that was completely infested. They replaced it with brand new insulation and also sanitized the entire space as well. Malcom was an amazing technician who was super understanding of the situation and worked as fast and diligently as possible. I was really confused when I started hearing noises in my attic and found out there were rodents up there! I quickly looked for a company to help with this situation and found this one which I was very pleased with. Robert the technician was very clear and informative about how they would get rid of the rodents. They cleaned my attic, sanitized it, and covered any holes. Kind, humble and professional, as they looked around my place. He quoted the work that needed to be done for $4000. Robert walked me through everything that was going to be done, and how much time it would take. he answered all my questions and definitely cleared up some insecurities I had by never dealing with professional service before. Robert and the team came and did the insulation in my attic, as I was looking forward to, and they also went beyond, by cleaning and sanitizing the place whole place for me and removed any pests and rodents! I contacted Master Attic on the recommendation of a friend. Their technician Malcolm responded after only a few hours and after discussing my issue, the job was booked. The existing insulation was damaged and needed to be removed and then replaced. The attic was also cleaned and well sanitized by Malcolm and his team after the new insulation was in place.

Fantastic service. They were early and walked me through everything they were going to do. It was a ton of work and I’m surprised at the speed and quality in which they worked. Very efficient. Considering the workload 9K for the services was a steal. I hope I have no more problems with rodents invading my insulation but I’m 100% sure I’m calling Master Attic if I ever need work done again. Super polite and professional from beginning to end. Kept me informed of everything they did and why they were doing it throughout entire job. The communication was stellar. No more rodents here.
