Hired Master attic to replace my roof in Jackson, New Jersey. They were excellent very responsive compared to the last 2 roofing companies I hired did not fix the leak. They kept me informed for each step they took. Finally, I was relieved as they found the leak was the vent pipe. I highly recommend the team at Master Attic, everything was honest and went smoothly. This was a wonderful experience. We had a price range of around $3,000, and we got quotes from several places. All of them seemed very ho-hum about everything; no personal touches or even pleasant exchanges. Master Attic, however, had great customer service from start to finish. The pricing was competitive, the communication was excellent, and the workers were beyond professional. I'd recommend them to anyone needing extermination or pest control services. Everything went as expected. We've had a mice ild infestation and needed help cleaning, sanitizing and ensure the mice stay gone for good! It was extremely easy to receive a quote and set up an appointment. Everyone who came to help was extremely professional and considerate. The rate was affordable considering the scrub power necessary for this particular project. I hired them just in time for winter. I am so grateful to finally be mice free this season!

Overall the job went well. Spoke with Anthony the day prior. The job was complete within hours and the crew did a good job of not only installing the insulation but the cleanup was equally as good. Additional services were included and so the job went beyond our expectations.

I have had a great experience with the services from Master Attic! I contacted the company, for an insulation installation service for my attic. Robert, and his team, were punctual and professional. They came on time, gave a brief consultation after reviewing the space, and completed the work in a timely matter. Not only did they install the insulation in to my attic efficiently, but they also cleaned and sanitized the place after, and removed any pests and rodents! Would highly recommend Master Attic, and Robert, to anyone who needs insulation services done! My attic transformation is AWESOME! Everything went really well from the outset. Our sales rep, Robert, was friendly, professional and very helpful. He explained the whole process and made suggestions for improving the air flow in our attic which had two layers of very old (50+ yrs), dirty and disintegrated insulation. The Master Attic team (Carlos, Danny & William) did an amazing job! Carlos explained the process and because our attic is not very accessible, he took pics all along the way so that we could see exactly what was happening. They were careful to pick up all debris and left our place spotless. As I said at the outset, the transformation is incredible. We immediately noticed that the temperature inside the house remains much more consistent. I feel that the house is happy and so are we. It was money well spent because this company did exactly what was promised -- a great job!

Master Attic LLC is an exceptionally professional & knowledgeable business. All workers were professional, curtious and very neat / meticulous in their labors! The squirrels came back 30 days after initial treatment. All it took was 1 call to the supervisor , David B. and David himself showed up bright & early the following morning, not even 12.hours from our call to eleavate the problem. A good & honorable company to hire for this type of PROBLEM. AAA+++.

The guys at master attic are all ausome! We had them come in to give us a quote on our attic. The price and quality of service was right so we decided to go ahead, and would not regret for a minute. The crew arrived and didn't stop for 6 hours straight. I can already feel the difference in my home....smell, air quality, no critters running around. Malcom came out Gabe a free estimate and was very thorough in his inspection. He worked with me on a budget and figured out my best options and pricing. Within one week we agreed on a product and a price and they installed and cleaned out the entire crawlspace the next day. Very helpful.

On the day of the project Kevin called me 30 minutes before arrival to let me know when they would be there, which was great because I was not home. They arrived and proceeded to lay down plastic on the floors to keep my house clean. They did an excellent job, everything was completely in five hours. Kevin kept us informed of every step of the process so that we knew what they were doing. We are very happy with the outcome of this project by Master Attic. This was an amazing process which I was anxious about doing. Everything went smoothly and it was done in a timely manner. David was professional and he explained the process. His team worked hard . Plastic liner was laid down to protect the carpet. The old insulation was taken away. An estimate was given. I had to reschedule the cleanup date; there was no problem.

Once we heard noises in the attic we knew we needed much more than a company to remove the animal but also needed the attic cleaned and re-insulated. I reviewed several companies and chose Master Attic based upon their onsite inspection and full explanation of what was to be done. Because of the upcoming Christmas holiday we didn't want anything done until the new year and David was able to schedule the work at my convenience. His crew came on time and the first thing they did was put down plastic sheeting on the carpeted stairs and the hallways. They also put on booties over their shoes. After a complete inspection of the attic area David showed us pictures of what was discovered, rodent droppings, areas where animals could get in and even a dead squirrel. The 3 man crew picked up all the insulation, bagged it and then vacuumed the whole attic area. Any opening was sealed up or wire mesh installed to prevent access. Pictures were shown along the way so that we could see what was being done up there. They then installed new fiberglass insulation and cleaned up everything. When they left you would never know such a major cleanup had been done. David then reviewed the pricing again (no surprises) and said if there was any problem to let him know. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and work of Master Attic. I highly recommend their services should you experience any problems in your attac.

I hired Master Attic to replace our attic insulation. My husband and I were noticing that our air conditioning unit was working overtime and after much investigation, we realized that our insulation was insufficient. When we called Master Attic for a quote, they promptly scheduled a time/date to come and investigate what we thought was the issue. They were not only professional, but it was clear that their expertise was in this area. They quoted us a very reasonable price and we promptly scheduled for their technicians to come and fix our insulation. Their technicians were great. They came on time, worked through the day, and cleaned up after themselves. Not only do I recommend Master Attic to my friends and family, but I also felt compelled to write this review, because I was so pleased with the process from start to finish!!!

My experience with Master Attic was exceptional. I spoke to Eric and got a free estimate with in a couple of hours after my call. David came as the representative. I was very impressed with David's presentation. He explained the procedure throughly and accurately. He answered all my questions with "no pressure" sales pitch. At that point I decided to go with the company and sign a contract. David followed up with an email contract/conformation with pictures on a Saturday evening, and followed up with my response on a Sunday. This was very reassuring. David and two assistance started their job in a timely manner. They did an excellent job cleaning old materials, sanitizing and re-insulating my attic. I was very happy with the way David checked all openings where critters can come in, both inside and outside the property (roof). They did an excellent clean up and enclosed the attic opening with a new cover as promised. I was extremely satisfied with the final outcome. I will highly recommend Master Attic's services. Robin

I had a situation in my attic with squirrels getting in there making alot of noises and chewing wires, we called a few different exterminators all unsuccessful at handling the problem. We decided to give master attic a call being that they are not externinaters and we're told they have a much better way to handle this thing for the long term. Let me just say that we are really happy with the results. Mario and crew did an outstanding job at removing the old insulation there was not one dropping left. Jason was our technician who came down first to first diagnose everything. He was extremely patient courteous and professional and that's why we chose to go with them. All in in all great company really impressed with there work will recommend to anyone.
