This was a monumental job- basically our entire outside area was landscaped. George and his crew were amazing. He has a really great style with design, clearly knows and loves plants (a major factor for me because I love plants!) and worked well with us to ensure we got what we wanted. He also suggested and built this incredible moss stone retaining wall in the front of the property that is now probably the best thing about our house! Arresting and beautiful work of art. The plants themselves are top quality- he worked in with our sprinkler guy to ensure everything was placed optimally. I think the price was reasonable for what we got. I would thoroughly recommend George and we look forward to using them for the autumn cleanup and prep for winter.

The job went very smoothly and I would hire George again in a second. He is also very personable and answered questions that i had regarding the work and also recommended a sprinkler company which turned out to do great work as well.

He also liked my jokes and dealt with my continuous state of confusion without missing a beat. What a professional, thorough and expert experience!

Even though George could not take on my project this time due to his packed schedule, he still took the time to stop over and spent all the time I wanted walking my property and giving me really help do-it-yourself suggestions. I now have a boat load of ideas that will make my lawn, landscaping and patio look gorgeous! Along with ideas on what to plant, George gave me numerous tips on how to keep everything healthy and growing throughout the season! George would take no money from me and was genuinely happy to just help someone in need. Now THAT is service! Get this guy if you can. They don't make them like this anymore!!!! I cannot write enough excellent comments about Green With Envy Landscapers. Outstanding in every respect! George Murphy's extensive knowledge of trees, shrubs, and flowers is very impressive! As is his sense of where to plant them in order to maximize their survival in a harsh environment. He drew a beautiful design for my Sandy ravaged property. He and his crew of 5 extremely hard workers arrived on time. They worked for 2 days from 8;30 to 4:30 with only a 15 minute break for lunch. George is always on site and works along with his crew. They don't plant a shrub without his approval! It was amazing how they transformed my eye sore property in to "a thing of beauty"! They also maintain my plantings. My property has been professionally landscaped 6 times over 42 years. Green With Envy was by far the absolute best!

George and his team was very prompt and extremely professional. Even though it was a very small job, he treated it like it was a large one by taking his time to get it to our liking. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows! We will not hesitate to use George again, and hope to be able to provide him with referrals.

It took 3 days. Day one, everything came out. Day 2, soil preparation and irrigation system (by different company). Day 3, all the new shrubs and sod went in. George and his crew were hard-working, friendly, and very good at what they were doing.

George is highly professional! He was prompt and very helpful for my needs. He gave me his expert opinion for what should be planted. It was done to my specifications. It was also done very quickly to my amazement I am using George for for another design for my front yard Can not wait to see what he comes up with!.

They did a great job clearing the property and putting in plants. I'd use them again.

George came by to give an estimate, was knowledgeable about the plants and tree varieties in our yard, made good suggestions. He came with his crew a few days later and knocked out the work in a couple of hours. No problems, Yard looks much better now and they went above and beyond in some areas. Will use again in the spring for some more work we need done.

Can't say enough good things about George and his crew. George is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for what would look good around your house. His guys are courteous and efficient. They cleared an area for a fence we are having installed that was heavy brush in no time. George went out of his way to explain everything to us and deal with all our indecisiveness. We will be using him again in there spring and recommend you do the same.

George Murphy and crew did an outstanding job. My father has been an active and passionate gardener all his life, but because of his age and declining physical strength, he hasn't not been able to maintain his yard to the standard or degree he had been able to in the past. I was concerned for all his beautiful specimen trees and plants that's he has lovingly planted over the years that had become entangled by overgrowth. George gave me a professional evaluation, estimate, and time that the work would be done. I needed it done before my father's 86th birthday. I was not disappointed and everything was taken care professionally and exactly in the time frame that he said he would. The shrub removal and replacement was done quickly and professionally. The work took less than 40 minutes and the yard looked cleaner when they left than when they arrived. George was there personally to supervise and ensure everything went according to plan. Green with Envy was very responsive through the whole process, from the initial quote to being extremely flexible when scheduling the job.
