The price I negotiated with Jeff at Glass Solutions was for reinstalling our seamless shower door and installing new gaskets. He gave me an install date, then postponed it, saying the gaskets were not in yet. When the install date came, he said he was still waiting for them and just installed the door with our old gaskets. As I was not there at the time, my husband paid him; Jeff quoted to him an ADDITIONAL amount for the gaskets, saying he would be back to install them. We never heard from him again. After I posted a review, I received a call from Jeff. Instead of having a discussion, he spoke over me, would not let me get a word in edgewise, and was rude. When he would not give me a moment to speak, I hung upon him. Perhaps he should have allowed me to speak, try to understand my complaint, and talk it out. But apparently, that was too much to ask.
