+ 0 moreHe is reliable, says what he's going to do and gives you a price. He is not cheap but he is not at the top of the scale and his work is quality work. He is very straight forward.
Description of Work: He comes once a year to service two furnaces. He also comes out during emergencies.

Description of Work: I used him a couple of weeks ago. I had a shut off valve that wasn't working that he repaired. He reset a gas meter that was destroyed by hurricane Sandy. I had a leak underneath the house that he fixed. Fixed a leaky faucet.
