Description of Work: Jim Demico and his company are a class operation. If you are looking for a company to do work in your crawlspace, look no further! From day one Jim was in contact with me keeping me abreast on what needed to be done and what he was doing. He recommended an excellent plumber who installed two sump pumps in my space and he too was A1. I would highly recommend "Crawlspace Solutions" to anyone without hesitation.

Description of Work: Crawlspace Solutions cleaned up my crawlspace, installed a new access door and a new air vent. Jimmy was nice and professional and the work was top notch!

Description of Work: Great job !!! Very professional...came out and did inspection of my crawlspace same day I called ! Called back with report , took time to explain everything and answered all my questions.set up appt. The men who came out to do the job were polite and did their job well, everything was cleaned ( all the old nasty insulation that was brought out of the crawlspace ) up so well, outside & inside my crawlspace looks great & all the musty, mildew smell is gone ! Also giving me final report with before and after pictures was a plus. Great job would definitely recommend this company!!!

Description of Work: I called because I needed insulation. He was saying he couldn't understand my accent. I told him a few times I could call him back so he could hear me better but he said the phone connection was fine, but he couldn't understand my accent. This was the first time I've ever been told that. I asked if he could come by to do an estimate. He point blank told me he couldn't come out and spend an hour driving to you to do an estimate for me just to hire another company. I felt as if this was very unprofessional.

Description of Work: The cost was a little bit higher because initially there was no access to the crawlspace area under the kitchen addition area of the house. So Jimmy put an access door in on that side of the house for about $500 extra. I thought he did an excellent job. I am glad that we used his service and I am looking forward to no cold feet in my house this winter!!

Description of Work: Replaced insulation in one crawl space and cleared up the squeaking floor over another crawl space. He and his employees were pro9fessional. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommended them to anyone.
