+ -1 moreAll in all, it was very successful. All the rooms were beautifully painted; the painters work is very precise with clean lines - I was very impressed with their accuracy. The wood floors are beautiful! The porcelain floors look great although some of the grout seems a bit uneven in spots. The laundry room is terrific, actually much more than I asked for but this is better. We were very pleased with the outcome of the work. If it wasn't for the fact that we were able to stay at our son's home, we probably would have complained about the length of time it all took but it all worked out in the end.
Description of Work: This was the second time we hired Frank. This time around we hired Frank to make some renovations to our home in preparation to sell it. We moved out for several weeks to have all wood floors upstairs and downstairs sanded, stained and varnished. He ripped up a ceramic tile floor in our entryway and hall as well as a floating floor in our family room and replaced both with a porcelain floor. All interior walls were painted. Floor trim was replaced throughout the home. Ceiling and wall were replaced; both damaged due to moisture. He also gutted our bedroom closets to accommodate a new closet system and after that was installed, he hung new doors. In the basement, he repaired some wobbly stairs and created a laundry room space.
