All Around Fence

This was one of the worst contractors ever. We called many fence companies and most were too back logged to help us. This person was not busy (we now know why) and he came out to quote us. He showed up on time. He said that he would email a quote but never did. We continued to call and email and eventually he said he lost our dimensions and would have to come back. After some time passed, we said that WE would measure and buy the material ourselves. We pinned him down to an install date and he said he wanted cash. Now we know why he only wanted cash. The install day came and he showed up on time with two young workers. His work almost done, my wife, not about to interfere with his brash attitude and without inspecting the job, gave him the money and left. As my neighbor put it, there is nothing RIGHT about the fence. He cut off the wrong side (beveled) of one of the posts before installing. This hole was too deep or the post was cut too short so it's height is different from the other posts. There are gaps everywhere. There are overlaps on the posts which only a second grader would do. He did not follow our instructions on the height of the two runs of fence. As he was working he told my wife that "I hate my job". (IT SHOWS!) His attitude was so abrasive that my wife couldn't have a conversation with him to explain what we wanted. He was a bully and so full of himself that he didn't listen. He did not supervise his workers at all...they pretty much did whatever they wanted. We have since added some boards to the fence so it is not embarrassing to us. So we called him back to rectify the situation and even sent him pictures of the many problems. One of the things he said was that he put the fence up for us and not our neighbors so the look on their side doesn't matter to him. He finally hung up on my wife saying, "I can't deal with this". AVOID THIS GUY AND COMPANY!!!!!
