If i could give 10 stars i would. Everything came out amazing. Fast,clean, and neat. Did 2 walk in closets and we are beyond happy. Definitely recommend todd and will use him for future projects for sure. Thanks again todd!

Todd responded to my inquiry promptly and came for the consultation the next day. He arrived to do the work as scheduled. He was very professional and was always easy to get in touch with, unlike many other contractors who do not answer calls. Work was completed on time, quickly and as expected. This has been a very good experience and I plan to use Tailored Living for future projects.

During the install, one of the shelves looked higher than expected. They changed it immediately; was not a problem at all. And, they even hand-wiped the shelves to insert in the closets and cleaned up after themselves-vacuuming etc! I was impressed. (I used another closet organizer firm in the last 6 months and they did not do that.) Also, even when getting a quote, they said to give them a day or two to send to me. (Other company took a week for 3 closetsâ 2 of which they already measured but said their pricing increased in 6 mos so they were giving me new rates. Was a bit surprised it took a full week.) Tailored Living was very professional, helpful, delivered more than they promised. Would highly recommend!
