Rob did a good job...I would hire him again. He was late ... the job before my house took longer than he anticipated.

I called the main number and explained my situation. I was immediately called back by Rob who explained to me the possibilities. The next morning Tony came to do the repairs and so far so good. After the work was completed I had a few other questions and called Rob who took the time to explain about the temperature limit so as not to have scalding water. I liked the fact that everyone responded, from the office to Rob and Tony, who go out in the field. The pricing was reasonable and the service excellent.

It was fine . I just wish I knew prior to him coming that he would not be able to do the floor. otherwise he was honest and did a good job.

Mr fix it went ABOVE AND BEYOND trying to determine cause and fix it for us. They snaked the drain, diagnosed a faulty garbage disposal and provided phone service to help my husband install the new unit himself. After the problem was fixed, they followed up with us to ensure all was OK and still running smoothly. That's NOT your typical plumber. Amazingly affordable, amazingly professional and amazingly helpful! Highly recommend!

Did a great job and installed both in one day!

Repaired our main pipe in 5 hrs and we were so greatful for their hard work. Thanks to Rob and his mrfixit crew!

They were very good, the installer was very careful, neat and always made sure we approved of the work he was doing. They showed up as promised and everything went very well.

The kitchen ceiling looks brand new like there was never a problem. The workers were punctual professional and responsive. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions.

I like having one place to call whether its to fix/install light fixtures to redoing a bathroom or installing a storm door. Great job / Great service. The door stain very closely matched the existing stain. We could not close the door that day, because we did not want the stain affected. 48 hours later when we did close the door, it did not latch. We called and John from their team came out later in the day and all was resolved in 10 minutes. Very responsive.
