Mike unblocked a sink for us and helped with an issue with a toilet. Rate seemed quite reasonable. Very pleased with the work.

Mike is not only a professional and a pro at his expertise, he is also compassionate. Bathtub was not draining, we got all kinds of quotes and plans that can be done including breaking the wall but not closing the wall. I got in touch with Mike through a work referral. Mike not only picked up the phone, he listened to my issue and made himself to come out the same day. He was not only early but, was able to assess and solve the issue at a super reasonable cost. Mike was professional, prompt and knowledgable about how to unclog our outside drain. He showed up at the agreed upon time and was informative and experienced about the clogged drain and how best to unclog it. We are glad that homeadvisor referred us to a trustworthy company like Mike's Sewer and Drain. We will certainly use Mike in the future to handle any plumbing issues that arise.

For anyone looking for answers about sewer problems and/or service this guy is a class act. Mike immediately contacted me after I made an inquiry on HomeAdvisor. I explained my concerns/problems and he suggested that we do a camera inspection of the line. He offered me all hours of the day for availability and we decided on the next day which was best for me. The next day he arrived 10-15 minutes early and called me. He was very considerate to ask if I needed a few more minute or if I wanted him to start early. My sewer access point was hidden behind a wall but he figured it out and asked if he could cut through a wall to access it. I agreed and he proceeded to cut very carefully to minimize the opening needed. Once he got through he brought in the camera and started. He explained everything he was doing and even invited me to watch the procedure real-time. Clearly he is very knowledgeable and has great equipment and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. When he was done he went over what he found again with me and told me what should be done and other optional maintenance I might want to consider. There was no feeling of a hard sell at anytime. When done he sent me a copy of the video that he had taken and payment was made easily through an online exchange using our cell phones. It doesn't get any easier than that. I will be having Mike come back for additional maintenance and have no problem highly recommending him to anyone else.

Mike answered my request for service immediately promptly arrived a half hour later and solved my problem within 45 minutes. He was extremely courteous professional and prompt. I would highly recommend his services he left without making any additional mess and was very affordable. I sincerely hope I never need his services for a main sewer line clean out, but I would definitely call him if I have any other priblems,
