Above & Beyond Unlimited Cleaning

WORSE THAN AWFUL! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BOGUS, RUDE, THREATENING AND UNQUALIFIED. THEY LEFT MY HOME IN A SHAMBLES AND BROUGHT IN MOLDS AND FUNGUS THAT I NEVER HAD and they deny it!!! I know my home. They messed it up badly. I STILL HAVE MOLD. THEY NEVER CLEARED IT AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I was THREATENED and cursed at and called a a stupid, ugly ***** when I asked them to come and pick up their equipment. Carl, their supervisor, threatened me that I'll never sell my house (because of them) and spoke to the neighbors about the work they were doing here (unprofessional) and commented on my property and called me names. I had to call Carl to discuss this issue and when he answered the phone he said: "I want you". I said, Whaaat? Are you ok??" Then he yelled at me, cursed and threatened me and hung up. He also said that he'd take me for everything I have and that he's been in court many times and was taking me there. I asked,l "Carl, WHY have you been in court so many times??!!!!!" I won't pay the balance because they didn't clear the problem. I think they fake the reports, also. I feel and see what is still in the house. THEY WOULDN'T SEND ME THE MOLD REPORTS. THEY TOOK 9 SAMPLES AND ONLY SENT IN 6 AND SAID I WAS "NUTS" AND THAT THEY DIDN'T DO THAT. They finally sent me the second report after they were done with "remediation". I read it on my phone and noticed that there were two NEW molds on the second floor where there weren't any before. Chris, their Supervisor was here to spray at that time but funny thing..... he sprayed the basement!!! Then he ran out of here but not before telling me that "I had problems". Before he left, I asked why he was here to spray and he said because it wouldn't look good if he didn't. ( I guess the real 2nd report had something on it that they didn't send to me. After I read that report, amazingly, it was gone from my email and I don't have that 2nd report or the certification saying that they cleared the toxic black mold from my house, etc. DON'T LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!! They put on a good face up front but they don't know what they're doing. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR SCAM! THEY'LL RUIN YOUR HOUSE. TERRIBLE UNQUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AFTER THEY RUIN YOUR HOME. THEY ARE SLOPPY IN THEIR DEMO WORK, SPREADING DUST AND MORE BACTERIA AND MOLD, AND USING DIRTY, RENTED EQUIPMENT WITHOUT SANITIZING IT. AND THEY BROKE MY ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, SMOKE DETECTOR AND FREEZER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE WORST IN MY LIFE. I WORKED FOR A BIG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR 20 YEARS. QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS DO NOT 'WORK' AS THEY DO.

I had some problems but they came around and fixed it. They have came back a second time and fixed it accordingly and its now done right.

The worker were courteous a professional. They were efficient and clean up after themselves. I received the test results in a timely manner. It took several days to have them come back and finish the second phase of the project and they did not find the source of the leak. I was left with a gapping hole in my ceiling which I had to have a separate contractor fix the source of the leak and repair and replace the ceiling.
