Salesman came and estimate was sent via email. I called A-Top and requested the salesman come again and explain the process in person and answer questions I had. He did so and I showed him area of concern on roof. He left samples of roof and colors to choose. I personally dropped off the deposit at the office and informed Natalie of color choosen. She explained she had to send for the permit from the township and upon receipt, she would schedule a date. Once she received the permit, a date was given. In fact, she called me back and asked if I wanted to move up the date due to a cancellation. I said yes and the crew reported to my home on Monday. Prior to their reporting, a container was dropped off for garbage. The crew reported at 8am and worked until they completed the project at 6pm. The crew was respectful and the foreman answered all questions I presented him with. They thoroughly cleaned the area and the next morning the container was removed from my driveway. Process went smoothly and the roof looks great. I can only hope that there are no future problems.

They did the job in one day and they cleaned up. I had a problem with a loose shingle and they came right away to secure it. I had no problem with that. My roof doesn't leak and they gave me a 20-year warranty. I got the estimate in October and November but it was very difficult for them to do any work until March because of the snow in January and February. They did the roof at the estimated amount and they did it when they said they were going to do it but I haven't been up on top of the roof. They gave me samples of the roofing and colors. They put it in when they were ready. Their price was in the ballpark. They were $100 more than another company but they changed the units on top to let out the air. The last roof I had done was in the 1980's. They are not a fly-by-night company. It is difficult to tell the quality because it is roofing but if I have any problems I will call them. They responded when I called them.

It was excellent. They did exactly what he was supposed to do.

They were professional. The quote was a little high, but he was willing to negotiate to come closer to other competitive bids that I received and that was good. The work was done well and they kept the work site clean. The workers were good.

We called A-Top to get an estimate for our roof. We thought we only had 1 layer of shingles, turns out we had 2. A-Top quoted us as only having 1 roof. I'm not sure if they actually walked the roof. From the time we called for the estimate to the time they came out was fairly punctual. However, no one followed up with us after the appointment and the written estimate took over a week to receive. It was much higher than other estimates, which I wouldn't have minded had it been an accurate representation of the work. It also took my husband 4 attempts to finally reach them over the phone. The overall professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness was lacking, which made me worry about what would actually happen if they were doing the work.

They were very professional and I recommend them highly.

They didn't try to do more than what we needed to have done. They did exactly what we needed done. They did good work. There was a manager-owner on the job when they came. On the day of the work, they came out on time. They weren't as responsive with returning phone calls, but they were punctual on the day they worked. I would use them again.

They came over to inspect the house for us. When they came to install the skylights they noticed that the attic fan was very old and suggested we replace it. I have noticed our home staying much cooler this summer, and think that he made a wise recommendation. The work is excellent. The workmen were fabulous and did a nice job. They were very careful to not scratch the walls, and were very nice to work with.

He showed up when he was supposed to. We first had him come and check out a leak. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and thorough. He was really excellent. They haven?t started work with the roofing yet. The pricing was good even though it wasn?t the lowest. It wasn?t the highest either, and I liked that.

They were very professional, timely, and we were happy with the experience.

Overall we were satisfied. In the beginning it took them a long time to get back to us. Once we agreed to it they came out and it was done in one day. It looks great and it works great.

He was very responsive to my request and was also very informative. The price was good, as well. I chose to go with another contractor who a friend of mine worked for, but I wouldn't have had a problem using A-Top, otherwise.

Took a week to get an appointment for an estimate. Said they would get back to us with an estimate via e-mail. After 2 weeks, contacted them again and they said it would be e-mailed. Going on 3 weeks now and so far no estimate.

Mr. Ferrara responded immediately on 9/24/08 to my call for an emergency roof replacement and came over that afternoon to inspect and give me an estimate. The following Monday (9/29) his crew of three began at 7:30 AM sharp and worked virtually without stopping, until they had completely re-roofed the main house (an approximately 45 ft wide "up and over" job) by sun-down! The following day they again showed up at 7:30 sharp and again worked all day to do the smaller, but more complex (with several gables) garage roof. During those two days, they filled a large dumpster and hauled it away several times. When they finished at sun down the second day, the premises were clean of all debris and the dumpster was gone. The roofing job, including all the peripheral details, was neat, straight and perfect everywhere. What a diligent and expert crew!They get an A++ from me on all aspects of the job and of course, they get my highest recommendation. Incidentally, the emergency came when another contractor, just beginning to install solar PV panels on the roof, discovered that the old shingles were not in the best of shape and kindly recommended getting the house re-shingled before they installed the panels.

This team is excellent. The owner does the initial inspection and really knows his stuff. He answered all my questions and accommodated some special items I wanted done a certain way. The office staff (Lori) is extremely punctual and courteous. After the job, I went up on the roof to inspect and found everything to be just right - an unusual experience with any complex job. I highly recommend them.

I got referrals from people in the neighborhood who had used them. They did a very good job. They were efficient and did the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up well. They only took two or three days to complete the work.

A Top Roofing brought a professional crew. They kept me waiting 6 weeks, but it was worth it for the excellent job they did. The supervisor was on site much of the time. He showed me their xeroxed license. I thought this was a good sign. I am very happy with the work.
