PROFESSIONAL PEST CONTROL-NJ

Bought a house in March 2014. Called for preventative spraying on the new house in April-May. They we excellent and provided me with an appointment that worked well for me. Arrived exactly on time and sprayed the whole house within 1 hour. Answered any questions I had and explained what chemicals and methods they use to prevent insect infestation. Provided me with a printed invoice and a recommended re-spray in one year. A+ Will definitely use them this spring again.

The tech arrive on time and explained the typical insects seen in the area are ants. He confirmed our suspicion of powder post beetle damage. No live insects were present but he suggested a treatment be done before and after replacement of the damaged wood. He explained the infestation was long term and how sometime these bugs appear randomly. We have not yet begun treatment but will update review when this project is completed.

Very good. Have not seen any evidence of termites since.

He was very cooperative. He came out and sprayed and then a couple days later I saw the same problem happeneing. I called and they said I needed to give it some more time. He came back and sprayed again and I haven't had a problem since.

I have used them several times. They were responsive, punctual, and responsive. They did their job, I was happy with it, and I would call them again.

They were excellent. Overall, it went great. I would highly recommend them. They are a good company. They are very professional. I had no issues with them.
