Mark did a great job replacing a rear deck with Trex decking. He was prompt ,neat and very courteous . One of the best contractors that I have dealt with over the last several years.

I needed to add on a ramp for my husband. So we incorporated a deck with a ramp walkway. I would recommend Mark Heslin for any job. Although the weather held us up at first. My deck and the ramp came out fantastic. Mark is very professional and follows up in returning your calls.

He is reliable, courteous and provided a high quality end product. Throughout the process Mark Hesling was a consummate professional. He sent plans within 24 hours of my initial contact through Home Advisor. Followed up with a phone call to ensure delivery of the plans. We discussed an HOA approval letter. Once I received the letter and contacted Mark, he set a schedule to meet with me at the worksite. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of my deck project. As well as the timeliness of the project from obtaining the permit, to inspections to completion of the deck project. He and his assistant never left the worksite in disarray. My deck was completed done with care and precision. I would highly recommend Mark Heslin and would hire him back for future projects.

Work was quoted to the dollar, and better priced then his competitors Mark started and finished the project exactly when he said he would. The quality of the work was excellent, as well. Great experience, will recommend to everyone.

From the very beginning of the bid process, Mark's level of customer service, his attention to our needs and his constant communication exceeded all other bidders. The level of detail he provided in his quote, gave us the confidence we needed, that we wouldn't get "change ordered" to death - nothing was left out of his bid. The overall project took just over a month - mainly due to the snow and rain. Even so, many neighbors commented "He's there every day!" Something hard to find in a contractor in our area. We are very pleased with the final result and cannot thank Mark enough for all his hard work and dedication to our project.

Mark was professional and organized. He took care of all aspects of the project including permits and contacting my engineer for updated drawings. He provided a written contract with a payment schedule and met all milestones in a timely fashion. He does excellent work and I would highly recommend him for all phases of home improvement.

This builder also built a large outside shower for this homeowner and performed odds and ends for us.Worked in all kinds of weather also which was a big plus since we were displaced by Hurricane Sandy and took great care in getting the work done in a timely fashion.I would honestly recommend Heslin Builders for any of your project needs since they are so versatile.

We got several estimates on the removal and reconstruction of a front porch. Not only was Mark Heslin professional, straight forward, and courteous, he offered the lowest estimate. We were extremely pleased with the finished product. The porch is beautiful!! He provided quality work in a timely manner. His estimate was clearly stated, item-by-item, with no hidden costs.
