Description of Work: After calling 3times left message with call back number. Never got a call back |I tried a last time. Woman at there office asked what I needed. I mentioned. No call back to me , she had no answer. I needed someone to come by look at post lamps. To be installed , she did not know what a post lamp is. And never heard. Of them , imagine an Electrical Contractor. She wanted a photo sent to there email of where these post lamps go. so I decided to send the photos, and that's it. The end of the world.........no call back, no nothing. Oh. Forgot. She asked where I bought them. Home Depot. She said she would look at there site. To see what they are . Sad, sad Who knows how many customers. This business losses with her at the office. Guess she it still looking at HD site. It's been. 7 days. Only |big thums DOWN. For Lou electric. In LBI |

They moved the furniture that needed to be moved for the install and what little mess they made was cleaned up as if you did't know they were there. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend his work.

+ -1 moreWe use them as our electrician even though we haven't used them in a while. They were just great. They were very reassuring because we had some problems with the renovation and they picked up on some problems and completed things that needed to be completed. They found some things that would have been problems down the line and they corrected them. His guys were courteous and really nice people to work with. We trusted them. If we called with a problem they tried to come that day because we had ongoing problems with the builder. We were in a bind because we knew there were not many people that would take on a project like this so we don’t know how their pricing compares. We have recommended them and would absolutely use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used Lou's Electric because we did a large renovation of our whole house and they did all the rewiring.
