+ -1 moreI called spoke with a nice woman who at first was attentive. I inquired about needing remodeling done to my home. This included new roof as well as a bathroom remodel. In addition I stated I needed professional guidance on various cracking on a beam inside the home. Not sure if it is structural or not...the woman asked how I heard of them I told her through Angies List and from referrals in the community. The woman told me someone would be contacting me to discuss she took my number and hung up. I called these people because I heard they were good and they cared about doing things right. Perhaps my job is too small for them and they only care about making a lot of money on Long Beach Island. Perhaps doing local business with local residence doesn't matter. The least they could have done is call me and refer another contractor to me.
Description of Work: Nothing. They never called me back or followed up with me.

Description of Work: Lance sent his crew in on very short notice to help us with water remediation after Hurricane Sandy. They were prompt, professional, and quickly got the wet drywall and insulation demo'd and cleared out of my house. Several of my neighbors approached them for help while they were on my property and they worked with them after they were done my job. My neighbors were also very pleased. Unlike other contractors riding around trying to get work after the Hurricane, they never asked us for a penny - they were willing to work with our flood insurance. Thanks Lance, John, Bill and the crew!
