TV job went very well. Called another time for computer repair, it seemed they didn't want the job. The girl said she had to check his availability when she called back said it would be almost 2 wks before he could get here but she was still checking and would call back but never did.

I paid for 2 hours of computer services. The person updated my operating system. He set up a web browser program and left it for me to monitor the installation. He spent less than 1 hour time. I telephoned him with a followup question about the installation and he did not return my call. I had other areas I wanted to address such as how I could speed up my computer, but he did not discuss/advise about this at all. He appeared to be uninterested and in a hurry to leave. I cannot recommend this company.

It went great. The computer was cleaned up for the time being, l learned what to do about future upgrades and I was able to get rid of some ancient hardware.

the tech said he couldn't start the computer after getting to mom's late and fiddling around for two hours. I later earsed the old computer programs and download from an old cd the whole system. the computer needs updating but it does start as normal. the tech should have known all this...I disputed the charges and got a refund.

Excellent. Isolated the issue to the RAM and found some dust and dirt when he took it back to the shop. Laptop is running better now than when it was new.

Repairman removed McAfee as it was causing problems with my windows 10 program. So far my computer is working well

Could NOT have asked for any better. Was skeptical at first, from poor past experiences, but soon put at ease from Matt's confidence, knowledge and effort to make EVERYTHING right, not just what I hired them to do! 😃🤗👏😁😇🙃. Was so pleased with their work AND the results, I called them back a few weeks later to tutor us & straighten out four Email accounts shared with my wife & my office. Results were equally pleasing & time charged for was surprisingly less than I expected. This may all sound too good to be true, but it's not....I'm not related in any way, but just plain pleased with good old fashioned honest, skilled work!!!3

He did a great job of preserving my previous files and offered valuable insight and info concerning my new operating system. He assured me that if I had any problems that he was a phone call away. Should I require any computer related service in the future I would not hesitate to call him in the future. Thank you for a great job Matthew!

Very well! I was contacted very quickly to set up the service call and the tech arrived about a minute or two early. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Matthew arrived exactly on time and worked diligently to achieve a great result, my computer was running a good deal faster by the end of the visit, and he helped me with a couple of other tech questions that I had. Would definitely hire BurTech again.
