+ -1 moreJohn did a great job and was an upstanding contractor to deal with. He was one of the few contractors I have dealt with in the raising and lowering of my home that I would recommend to others. The RREM program (raising homes post Hurricane Sandy) does not give enough money to homeowners to do all the required reconnections once a house is put back on its foundation. John gave me a price for the job I could handle and did it in the time manner I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Description of Work: I had my house raised so we had to bring the garage door down to standard height which meant filling in the space above with 2X6's, 2X4's and plywood. We had to lower the height of the mechanicals from the ceiling and replace the rails or tracks. The end result of what we required was a working automatic garage door.
