One of the long springs on my garage door broke, and a pulley also got bent. It being Saturday, John from Bella Overhead Garage setup an appointment for Monday, to give me a free estimate. John called about 1/2 hour in advance, and came promptly within the promised window. He was a very nice man and gave a very reasonable estimate (we know because we had gotten an over-the-phone estimate from another company. Very satisfied overall.

The person who came was the owner and he did an outstanding job in repairing my garage door. He went beyond my expectations by adjusting the closing of the door to accommodate the seal that he installed on the bottom of the door.
