Boris and his assistant did a very good job installing a new safer spring lifting system. He explained in detail how to maintain the new spring system and what to expect down the line. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Andrew was a true professional. He helped me to diagnose the problem with my garage door in advance of his visit to ensure efficiency and, showed up precisely when he said he would and honored the price that he quoted on the phone. He completed the job quickly, didn't leave a mess and could not have been more polite. Overall, it was a perfect an experience could be and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!!!

The person did work on my garage door opener and one after the garage stop working, I called another company thinking it was un-related to the previous service, but once the new company reviewed the issue he found that the board was shorted out, somehow the first person wrap the wires around the plastic gear and the wires was jerked out. I reached out to the Grand Enterprises and all the person kept saying it was working when I left, and yes it did but we only closed it down one time. He never wanted to or asked to resolve the issue of faulty workmanship. I will also be contacting the Better business to report this issue.

They were the first to show up. Others did not have anyone to respond quickly. They also said that the door may not be available in the market and it may take a long time to get it and install etc. Grand Enterprises said they had it in stock and did the work the same day that I reported.
