When I put in our request with Home Advisor for someone to solve the problem with our remote-- Andrew from Grand Enterprises called us immediately, made an appointment and Boris came and fixed our problem within a few minutes. He gave a reasonable estimate for gear replacement - even changed the pulleys for a very reasonable additional charge - which I think just covered for parts. Good customer service and overall attitude.

Put in request, received a call immediately, the owner arrived soon thereafter and fixed all of the problems with the garage door openers & then lubricated the springs and made suggestions to consider.
