Double check the overall items. In my case, (hopefully an oversight) i had to ask for the remaining remote (garage openers) from Andrew. Package said 4 remotes but i was only given 2 when the installation was completed. Outside of this issue, overall work was very good and clean.

I was satisfied, just wish I would of gotten a receipt. I was busy at the time when the money was exchanged and didn't realize it but he did not have anything prepared to hand me either.

Andrew was very professional & helpful. It turns out the issue I had with the garage door opener was very minor but he took the time to check everything, wires, sensors, remotes, batteries, motor. It's all fixed!! That was easy!!!

Andrew provided a free quote after checking out the garage door opener. He advised me that he could fix the old opener but it would not have a warranty and said the better option was to get a new opener, which is what I choose to do. He cam back the very next day and the work was don in less than an hour. I like the new opener very much, he helped me set up the code for the keypad and for my car. I would definitely recommend Andrew.

Boris showed up on time and got to work diagnosing the problem with my garage door spring. After gathering the parts, he was able to change the spring in 1 - 1:30hrs. He then double checked all other components to make sure the operation was normal. Great job.

What a great experience. Many times you’re promised so much and the contractor doesn’t deliver. This was Not the case. I met with Andrew to discuss my needs. He didn’t try to up sell me. As a matter of fact he talked me out of spending for things I really didn’t need. The installation by Boris was absolutely perfect. At the end he took the time to explain how to program the cars, lock the system completely if I was on vacation. Would certainly recommend.

The owner, Andrew contacted me right away but was not pushy when I did not return his call because we changed our minds on new garage doors and decided to fix the ones we had. I contacted a few other places once we decided to proceed and they wanted a fee just to come out and give a quote but Andrew not only did not state we had to pay for a quote he also fit us into his schedule to stop by the same day being he was a couple of towns over already. He gave an honest assessment and even put the repairs in order of importance in case we wanted to break up the work as to not have it be too much in one repair. He explained everything and gave itemized pricing on the spot. His prices are fair and reasonable; he even saved me money by changing the battery to the keypad and showing us how to set a pin instead of selling me a new one when we thought it was broke since we never used it in sixteen years. Andrew fit our appointment in a short window we gave him to complete the work and his guys came on time and went straight to work. They were very friendly and professional; they repaired everything beautifully and Boris walked me through everything before leaving making sure I was comfortable with the work they did and even told me how to maintain the garage doors since we did not replace them so they last longer. I highly recommend this company and their staff for an honest assessment and quality work.
