I needed to get my garage door openers installed but when they showed up, they quickly realized that my springs and pulleys also were old. i didn't consider this an upset at all - i knew that many parts of my garage needed to be replaced but it made sense to do it when i was replacing my broken opener. otherwise the broken spring would have damaged the opener (or at least shorten the life). i am very satisfied with the level of service and cost. and as an added bonus they also helped me to connect the new openers to my car. saved me some time.
