Tom came on the day and time promised. He did an excellent job, you can't tell where the damage was done.

We were very happy with the service Tom provided . We were not able to transport the chair to the business location, so he came to our place evaluated what repair work needed to be completed (replace base) and transported the chair back to his shop. He took the chair from us Friday morning and the chair was back in perfect working order the next Monday morning. Throughout Tom was easy to work with and very professional. All in all we were very satisfied with everything from the service provided to the price charged, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for furniture repair in the south Jersey region.

I brought the chair, was given a price quote and an estimate of completion time. The repair was made and was ready before the estimated time.

It went great, he was finished within an hour and did a beautiful job. It's like our sofa is brand new again. Looks beautiful and is very sturdy.

Tom was very responsive. I called and left a message on Monday; he called back Monday night and because he was going to be in my locale on Tuesday was able to come by the next day. He arrived in the specified window, performed a high quality repair and left within 30 minutes. He was very polite and friendly, and obviously knows his trade. In home service call was $125, plus parts. Sounds a bit high, but I have little experience with furniture companies and in the end considering the ease and quality of the repair I'm okay with it. Would definitely use again.

Tom did a great job repairing my mother's cedar chest. He is honest, reasonable and professional and follows up phone calls the same day. I highly recommend him.

He picked up and Returned the chair when I was completely repaired.

Excellent response time. Partially repaired what was needed. Since he was unable to fix all that was necessary he did not charge me. Called back the next day to say he had checked the internet for the missing part but was still unable to locate one.

What a great guy, I found Tom here on Angie's List and gave him a call last week. He answered when I called, which is always a plus. He told me he would be in my area the following week and that he would call me Monday with a day. As promised on Monday he called and said he's meet me Thursday approx. 2pm. On Thursday afternoon, he called me 15 minutes prior so I could meet him and he arrived as promised and on time:-) He easily fixed my daughters dresser drawer that we could not get back on it's track and then reset my son's drawer also. Wonderful guy, super nice to talk with. I will be keeping is card on my fridge for future repairs. Thanks so much!!

Tom Smuzinsky, the "Furniture Specialist" of South Jersey Furniture Repair came to my home and proceeded to diagnose what was wrong with my BarcaLounger that I had purchased from The "Relax the Back" Store. After I tracked down replacement parts for the mechanism from a supplier in North Carolina, Tom did an outstanding job in getting my Chair to work properly.
