Description of Work: Bob Brooks offers a cleanout and auction of estates and other properties. They requested a retainer of $450; after commissions, disposal fees, labor and equipment were deducted we received about $350 back. The sales total was $786, and we wondered about the figures for some of the items. For example a solid maple dining room table and five chairs in perfect condition apparently went for $5, according to the ticket we got back. However, they left both the house and the garage broom-clean, worked quickly and efficiently (and cheerfully), and it definitely saved us a huge amount of time and effort.
