Service was performed well

I thought that the repairs were done well but were expensive for the tasks. I thought that those two jobs would be able to be one in the two hours which were offered for $99.00. I had to pay $50.00 for the new outdoor replacement recepticle. Apparently I had to pay for the travel time for him to purchase same. The job was professional and he was nice but again I thought $250.00 was too high for what I expected and asked for.

Victor showed up on time and did all the work professionally. He was polite and I would use him again. I described to Victor the work I wanted to have done within the 2 hrs and he said it was doable.

Victor (the owner) called me the morning of our appointment and asked if he could come an hour EARLY. He did. He did very good work, with no telephone call interruptions, and no looking push additional work. I plan on mapping out some of the circuits involved and have him come back to do the jobs I brought up to him after he did the requested work. Very satisfied.

Very well, He is a fine young gentleman who knows his craft.

He came in got his ladder and took the old one down and put the new one up. He was very punctual.

I needed a number of automated switches installed. Victor did well to understand the products and install them.

He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He gave me the full 2 hours and then some. We quickly agreed upon a fair price for the additional time and materials. I have kept his card and will use him again for any other problems I have.

AVD Electrical's owner, Victor, was great throughout the process. Immediately after purchasing his service, he contacted me to schedule an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment, he contacted me in advance of his arrival time to let me know that a previous job was running long and to see if I would be okay for me if he came a few hours later than originally agreed. Upon his arrival, he was very friendly and professional, listening to what I needed and helping me to assess what he could accomplish within the two hours purchased. Victor was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He methodically diagnosed and repaired each issue and also talked me through the solution. He also made me aware of the basic wiring setup for each room, giving me options for future easy upgrades should I want them (i.e. adding a wall switched light to a ceiling fan, etc.). I enjoyed meeting Victor and was completely pleased with his work. I have two upcoming large renovation jobs that I will absolutely be contacting Victor to help me with!

Victor called to say he would be a few minutes late and then arrived exactly when he said he would. He assessed the job quickly and got to work promptly. As he ran into problems he acted quickly and creatively to surmount them. He was pleasant and affable throughout. He's a soft spoken, thoughtful person who wastes neither time nor effort. I will use him again.

It went great. Victor is a young guy just getting his business off the ground. He's worked for other electric companies for 10-15 years and is now just starting to build his own book of business. He seems knowledgeable and hungry to build his client base. The work he did for us was of very good quality. The generator is tied perfectly to our panel and works seamlessly. Because he is just getting his business going, his price for our job was reasonable. We'll definitely be calling Victor when we need additional electric work.
