Description of Work: Repaired work on HVAC unit that had been previosly done very poorly by another vendor. I was pleased with the performance. They also took the time to point out some things we needed to know about our system. I may not be as accurate about the date of service; it could have been last year, instead.

Description of Work: I needed a complete new heater and air conditioner system. Everyone that I had contact with from the young lady on the phone, the estimate, and the actual workers were all polite and professional. I obtained 4 estimates for this job as it was going to be quite costly. While Vaughan's was not the lowest it was not the highest and I was the most comfortable with how the job requirements and specifications were clearly explained and provided in writing. Their estimate was spot on and there were no additional "surprises" at the end. The work crew was at my home for two days and they were exceptionally professional and thorough. This was a difficult job as the heater is in a very small space in the basement of my townhome and the large air conditioner had to be moved around an entire row of houses to get to the back of my building. I would use this company again without any reservations.
