Description of Work: Plunged tub drain. was tub stopped iable to unclogged drain- also used zip tie to check for any hair obstructions. Ran tub for 20 minutes. No issues. No warranties on this repair.

Description of Work: The provider did nothing. I called them to give me an estimate on a new HVAC system for a home that my wife and I were going to purchase and they refused to come out to give us an estimate because we didnt own the home yet. They said that someone had used their estimate at a closing and they never got the job so they won't give an estimate if you don't own the home. Kind of backwards.

Description of Work: We had this company install a new high efficiency gas heater along with central air, humidifier and air cleaner. It's been running for 2 years now without a problem. I love the new system. It seems to heat the house much more evenly with less drafts than the old system. The crew came out and got it installed in one day and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge of the systems. They offer top of the line equipment. The only reason I didn't go with them was the price (approximate estimate is $8,800)and I received a cheaper estimate. When I asked about permits and dealing with the township, he said if I wanted to do the permits I would be completely on my own.
Description of Work: They were very responsive. I called, got called back, and he was out the next day to give an estimate.

They came at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and were out within an hour. The repairman was efficient, informative, and gladly answered my questions.
Description of Work: My central air conditioner wasn't working. They came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed a broken wire, added freon, and cleaned out a line.

The estimate was conducted very professionally, with full details on what work would be done, what alterations would be made to our furnace set-up, time to perform the installation, and number of people who would be performing the work. The installers arrived within an hour of the scheduled time and completed their work when predicted. We received a call both times when someone was coming to the house. All in all, Vaughn's professionals conducted themselves professionally and completed their work on time, on budget, and to specifications.
