Need A Handyman Service, LLC

They were polite, professional, fast and non-stop working the entire time. I used Bob in the past to do other jobs such as painting, installing a drop ceiling, baseboards and trim. They provided all receipts for parts and carefully explained the bill ahead of time. I am now looking forward to having them install my new pocket doors in the very near future.

Bill removed old, ugly hinges from 4 doors and replaced them with 4 new ones. He arrived on time and was done within one hour. A very good job done and as always, a really nice guy to have do work for me.

They came this week and fixed a bathroom, powder room and a ceiling. They look so good that you really don't want to use them. They are professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I give them five stars! Something else that was amazing is that the actual price was less than the estimate. One of the smartest things I have ever done is use Angie's List.

i am so impressed at how the floors turned out, and i can't wait to show them off. the job is so well finished and it looks like i spent much more on the installation! Bill and Bob showed up on time and stayed with the job until completion. the price quoted was the price I paid. i am not surprised as this is about the7th major job that we have trusted to Need a Handyman and i am always happy with the outcome. they have remodeled both of my bathrooms, the family room, dining room, as well as a rental property we own. The attention to detail is amazing and i depend on both of these guys to point out if we are missing something or if we need to add to the job. Absolutly NONE of these suggestions has cost me big bucks...they simply make the finished product that much better. Obviously, they have a lot of pride in their work and i will continue to call Need a Handyman again and again.

WHEN BILL AND BOB(PARTNER) SHOWED UP THEY WENT RIGHT WORK TO TAKE CARE OF MY LIST. ONE WORKED INSIDE THE OUTSIDE EVERYTHING WAS TO MY SATISFACTION.WE EVEN SET UP 2 MORE DATES OF WORK TO BE DONE IN THE NEXT 3 OR 4 MONTHS

Bill and his men showed up at 8:00 on the first day to gut the old tub. They were done in an hour. Then we had to have an electrician come in an do some work before the new tub could be set and the tile put up. Bill's men were very nice and did an excellent job at every step of the project. They did not rush anything and took the time to do the job properly. The end result is a beautiful new tub and shower that make my bathroom look a lot bigger and more expensive! I would definitely recommend Need A Handyman to do bathroom work- his rate was half of what a tile company had estimated it would cost to do the work.

Had EXTENSIVE conversation with owner re: work that needed to be completed. Said he was available and able to come out to give us an estimate for a major home remodel. Advised that he would call the following day with a time and day to schedule estimate. Never heard back - incredibly unprofessional, and more importantly, inconsiderate.

Everything went perfectly. Need A Handyman Service LLC was one of only two companies of the five that I requested estimates from to respond to me, and were the only one that I met with personally. We met and discussed the project, figured out a cost and start date, and an estimate was emailed to me the same day. On installation day they arrived to start the project. Over the course of the next three days everything was installed as promised. My wife was home on the first day and said that Sean and James, the two working on the project were extremely polite and professional. Bob (one of the two owners) came on the last day to help finish up the project, and even returned the next week to install the closers that needed a special bracket, as well as safety chains that I purchased to prevent the doors from swinging open too far Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day, and they took anything that they brought with them. I am extremely satisfied with the work, and the price that I was quoted. I would use Need a Handyman Service LLC again without question.

Bill and Bobby did a beautiful job. They removed an almost 30 year old shower enclosure and tiled the area. Bill recommended a plumber who also did a wonderful job. I have used Need A Handyman for many years now, and Bill is always so easy to work with, has great ideas and makes all my little projects easier and affordable. I plan to do a kitchen remodel soon, and wouldn't consider using anyone else because I know the job will be done right and he will make the whole process as easy as possible. I value his opinion and count on his expertise in completing these projects. I couldn't be more happy with my beautiful new bathroom and bedroom!

went very well he is very thorough and has professional attitude .His estimates were reasonable and when i do decide to have those things done i would surely use his services as he was true to his words and very informative with all i asked he answered accurately which in itself is rare .

The guy who came out was excellent. He was really down to earth when he came out to give me an estimate. He was very honest and an extremely hard worker. He does just about everything but he does not do electrical work and plumbing work. He had a lot of other jobs and he had to put me off twice because he got sick but that was fine with me and I just needed them to do it. Sometimes he just gets overwhelmed. I would definitely use him again in the future.

We had our old refrigerator and bar removed, minor electrical and dryer vent work done at no extra cost. We are having repairs and remodeling work done to our basement area and have contracted this provider for the work. The were on time, friendly/courteous and reasonably priced. The added bonus was that our cat loved them and they are Journey fans!!! I highly recommend this provider for your home repairs.

They remodeled my downstairs bathroom which had to be taken down to the studs. They did a fabulous job tiling and painting. They are very easy to work with. After that was done they came back and remodeled my upstairs bathroom. I am having them come back and build a walk in closet in my bedroom. They are busy but worth the wait. The.thing I liked most about them was that they told me how much the job would cost and that was exactly how much it was. I would have them back for any work that I need done in the future. Thanks to bob and bill and their crew for a of their hard work. Now the ugliest rooms in the house are the most beautiful rooms in the house and both fully functioning again

I contacted Need a Handyman and Bill (the handyman) called me the next day. He came out on a Sunday morning, on time as promised and installed the fence in 2 hours. He did a great job and I am very pleased. His pricing is very fair and he is always very pleasant when he does something for me. I am going to have him install a new bathtub with tile walls for my next project.

The tile install went great. They arrived on time and worked straight through the day. Due to my fault of ordering the incorrect amount of tile, we almost had a delay in the project. I was about 4 tiles short, until Bill discovered that the missing tiles would be hidden by the stove. Genius! It saved time, money, and he was able to complete the project in the same day. This was my 2nd project with Bill and both projects were great. I will be contacting him again in the future.

Bill from Need a Handyman was great. The plan was to have both bathroom faucets replaced, but what I hoped would be a simple job wasn't thanks to the age of the plumbing and sink. No worries, though, Bill knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, and got it taken care of. Even though I ended up with a new sink, his prices were more than reasonable. I have had other work done by Bob from Need a Handyman and I had the same results. Professional, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I would have no reservation recommending them.

I called Bill and he returned my call and we agreed on a service date and time.I told him that I needed the work done as soon as possible. and he was very willing to work with my time, frame. I sold my father's home and needed to comply with CHFD reregulations for inpection prior to settlement. I provided him with alarms and detectors as well as printeddirections from the fire department along with a diagram. He quickly got to work and was polite and professional. He had about 8vxevices to install and fifnished quickly. I am so glad I chose him from the list of handymen.

We have used Need a Handyman many times previously for numerous jobs in our home. At this time, the contractor had the use of my home for 4 days while we were away on vacation. He replaced a vanity and did a ceramic tile floor and backsplash in our bathroom. This contractor has always been nothing but professional and punctual in his time frame. He did a beautiful job and we came home to a clean ready to use bathroom. We would highly recommend this contractor. a
