Description of Work: "He sounded so great on the phone; said he could do all of the services I wanted (removing dead trees, planting shrubs, weeding). I was to call him the next day and he would come within 24 hours. |When I called him, he didn't remember who I was. We made an appointment and he didn't show. I called again and he didn't know who I was AGAIN. Made an appointment, then had to change it to the next day, and he still didn't show. |Get the picture? | |"
