Terry responded to my voice mail within a few hours! He had an opening quickly and arrived with an assistant. He introduced himself to me before coming inside, assessed the issue, explained it to me in understandable language and provided a quote. We agreed and the work was done in less time than suggested. Terry is personable and knows his market. He doesn’t seem to spread himself too thin. Thanks, Terry.

Terry showed up on time, looked over the job and provided a fair quote for the work. He had to work in a very confined space, and was careful to not do any damage to the surrounding wall and property. It took him about 2.5 hours to complete, and the price above included the materials needed to finish the work. He has a good sense of humor, too!

Terry did a terrific job removing the head of the water softener left in place by the previous owner and making a loop to reconnect the pipes. , He also did a fabulous jog servicing the steam heater. Basically, he took it ALL apart, cleaned it meticulously, added steam cleaner and put it all back together in a very efficient manner. Nobody ever did such a great tune up before. My steam boiler is quite happy now. And so am I. Terry is extremely knowledgable and a nice person. Punctual. The price was very competitive. He answered all my questions extensively and without being annoyed. I will be calling him from now on for all my plumbing and heating needs. No question about it.

Terry did an excellent job. He carefully diagnosed the problem and quickly found a solution. The solution invovled extensive research to locate two really tough-to-find parts. Terry spent a few hours with Madison Plumbing researching the parts needed and obtained the correct parts. He went out of his way to make me (the customer) happy and fulfill my wishes of repairing the shower vs replacing the entire shower valve, which would have cost a lot more. I strongly recommend Triano Plumbing. I have used at least three other larger plubmers and Terry is vastly superior to all of them- he is far more skilled than the other plumbers in the Madison-Chatham area. He is my go-to plumber.

The mounting screws on the old faucet rusted through and left the faucet wobbly. I called Triano Plumbing to see if we could get a replacement installed before the holiday. They were able to come out the next day and complete the installation with a faucet that I purchased from Home Depot. Work was done quickly, neatly, and professionally. This is the third time in the last two months that we have used Triano Plumbing and we found them to be reliable and trustworthy each time.

Serviceman worked around our schedule to arrive when it was most convenient for us. He was neat and professional, completing the job quickly and without leaving a mess.
