He has a very friendly demeanor, came right away. He got the work done. I have used him for years.

Called at 10am. He returned my call at 8pm, although he didn't work in my area, and didn't know any local plumbers to do my job. I am impressed by his professionalism.

They came right away to scope the job and installed the toilets a few days later. They were competent, efficient and reliable and everything went well.

He was fine. He was a professional and nice guy. He was knowledgeable and he seemed to know what he was doing. I had to order some fixtures which took a little while, but that was not his fault. He then came out and installed it. The price charged by him didn’t surprise me. The quality of his work was fine. He came pretty fast to get the work done. He also came when he said he was going to come.

I left a voice message because you can’t talk to anybody there. He never called back even after a week. He has a good reputation in town. I have used him before and he is a good plumber.

I had Steve install a sink in my basement , he did an excellent job at a fair price. Since then I've used him for several other repairs with the same results.

He had to shop around for some of the parts, but he finished the entire job in several hours, including travel to find the parts.

He was prompt, responsive, and personable.

I like Mr. Faig for several reasons. First of all he is very fair, secondly he does not overcharge me and third he tells it like it is. I can say I would highly recommend his great local services to others.
