Perspective Contracting LLC

This was a project which involved finishing a large basement (with bath and bedroom) and an attic playroom. Thanks to Gerry and his crew (Roberto, Leo, Mario, Gabriel) for doing a wonderful job! The scope of work included everything from framing, insulation, tiling, painting and even installing an egress window and new window well retaining wall. He also coordinated subs for electrical, plumbing and wood flooring and all town inspections. Having dealt with contractors before on other major renovations, I can honestly say that working with Gerry has been a pleasure. Even before signing the contract, he spent a fair amount of time with me discussing details and addressing concerns that I had. The contract itself was detailed and clearly laid out and incorporated all points that we discussed. During the project, his crew showed up consistently and Gerry was always in constant contact. He made sure to get input from me when needed to make sure that things were done to my liking. The crew was tidy and cleaned up everything at the end of the project. With any large project, there are always some hiccups, and Gerry was able to resolve everything in a satisfactory manner. After the all of the work by his crew was done, Gerry even personally spent a good amount of time touching things up and making sure everything was perfect and to his standards. Me and my wife are very happy with the final result, and would definitely recommend Gerry and his company to anyone looking for an honest contractor who will provide quality work.

For the most recent interior painting job, we needed it done very quickly on short notice. Somehow they pulled it off. While his crew did most of the work, the boss rolled up his sleeves and was there himself (after the crew left for the day) until 9:00 pm one day. While the proprietor is not on site most of the time, he checks in frequently and has always been very responsive to our needs, changes, additional work, tweaks, etc. (I can be a pain.)

We are very pleased with the work. Gerry's crew were professional and responsible. His plumber and electrician were very experienced. Gerry has an artistic eye and was very helpful with his ideas and colors. He was eager to please his customers.

Very reliable and delivers on what is promised in a professional manner. His employees and sub-contractors do excellent work and are neat and helpful. Projects they have done for us: finished basement and attic, new poured concrete garage floor, new driveway apron, new roof, interior sheetrock work, carpentry and painting. The attic project was challenging because the sheetrock had to be cut down and put through the attic window. The attic stairs needed new railings for safety to meet the local building codes and the continuous railing was tricky, but they accomplished it all with great results. The interior projects they have done included framing, electrical, lighting, insulation, sheetrock, building of closets, trim work, and all finishing work including painting. We are pleased with the work.
