Description of Work: Entire walk out basement. The owner did not believe in our vision for what we wanted. The few times our GC showed up on the job was to receive payment. The floating floor has cut marks in it and a nail showing in the door way which will need to be replaced due to the poor craftsmanship. The laundry room doors were hung incorrectly and needed to be rehung. None of the electrical work was tied in, leaving one outlet working. |I asked for the original flooring from the living room to be hung in the lockers built, but this was never finished. |The contract was presented and signed by both my husband and I for the basement and the kitchen. Kevin came back stating there were errors to the cost of $10,000.00. He started cutting items out of the contract to meet our original agreed number. |Kevin let us know on a number of occasions that our job was a little job and not to worry. |After returning home seeing a window in the kitchen that did not meet our expectations, I let Kevin know that he was no longer wanted on the job. |The entire process with this company was a disappointment and I am sharing the pictures with friends and neighbors so they don't have to go through the same disappointment.
