It did not go at all. Ed, I assume the owner, came to my house over a week ago. He looked at the job and told me that he would send me a proposal as to the cost after he explained exactly what he intended to do. I was initially impressed with Ed and looked forward to getting his proposal. That soon changed. Over a week went by and I did not get a proposal nor did I hear from him. I called and left him a voice mail requesting that he send me either a quote or tell me that he wasn't interested in doing the job. He did neither. After several days passed, I left him another message asking him to call me and either tell me he wanted the job or not because I had to find another contractor. He, once again, did neither. In my opinion, I would not use him now and based on the lack of professionalism and being insensitive to a customer's concerns, I would advise anyone else to look else where.

Mr. Cadavid was responsive and provided a detailed proposal of the work to be done. He was a little more expensive than some of the other recommended contractors.
