It all went fine. They were careful of the utility wires, and it all went off without a hitch. I would recommend them to anyone. They left everything as tidy as could be.

Went fine. Job was completed within two days of calling for service.

No one returned my calls for over a month (Nov 2011). I figure they don't want my business.

Chris was extremely responsive to the emergency situation. He arranged for a crew to come the next day. The crew was very efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site. I would highly recommend Honor Tree Service and plan to use them for all future tree work.

My experience with them has been very good. We have had a long-term relationship with them. It has been a dependable and easy relationship. The only thing I don't like is that they are slow to respond sometimes. I can never reach them. I have to leave a message. I don't think it is a major issue; they eventually get back to me. In fact, the last time we had a tree issue, I asked for a quotation and weeks went by and finally they arrived after the job was done. I had to go and select somebody else. I don't find any trouble with their work, maybe they are very busy, but once I get them, they are fine. I think they don't have a good communication system. Their price is good. I think I spent around $100 for tree service. The quality of their work is fine. I would continue to use them in the future.

I was very happy with the work Honor did at my house. Their workers did a good job, performed the agreed upon service, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Scheduling the job was a huge pain, though, as it took several weeks to get them to come by my house. There were issues outside their control, related to weather and getting access to my property, that held up the appt, but I felt that the scheduling process could have been more efficient. The owner was always responsive and seemed like a good guy, so I would use them again.

Great job for a great price

The company representative agreed to trim and remove specified trees in both the front and back of our property. He also agreed to chop the wood from the removed trees so we could have it as firewood. The company had also worked for the prior owners of our home. What ensued was a hatchet job that damaged old trees and devalued our property. Nor did they do as promised, refusing to complete the job in back, which is probably for the better. They removed a tree on a neighbor's property, and refused to give us the promised wood from removed trees, denying it had ever been promised. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THERE WAS NEVER A MESS FOR ME. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN ONE DAY, I THOUGHT THAT WAS QUICK. IT TOOK A LITTLE WHILE FOR THEM TO GET OUT TO MY HOUSE BECAUSE IT WAS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF TREE SEASON.
