the owner came and gave me a price and I agreed. He sent an employee who was very nice but after taking off existing lock found out he had brought the wrong lock. He called back a week later to arrange another appointment time and I agreed, but an hour before he was to arrive he called to say he had the wrong lock again and would have to reschedule again after he got the correct lock. not a good experience, and would not recom them.

Not good. He came and worked on the basic front door lock. He said he would replace the cylinder in the screen door and work on the back door. We told him we had a new front door lock and he refused to install it if i didn't buy it from him. He never came back. We called again and again. Finally he said he had another big job and could not complete our job. Just another typical flaky contractor. Avoid if you want follow through and professionalism

Kelly was easy to get in touch with, and made the whole process easy. In very short time, we had new locks, a new door knob, and new keys. Couldn't have been any easier.

Kelly was great. We called on the day of our closing and he responded right away to provide us a quote. He was very prompt and took care of all the locks within less than 2 hours. Highly recommend him.
