He did a great job. They provide excellent quality. They are very personable. They give prompt service. I called them up and he came right over.

I have to say, this company is very professional. First time ever I was calling them but they were not able to accomadate my need to fix my kitchen sink in an appropriate time frame. So instead of letting me hang up and be on my own, they offered a competitors name to me to call. Although I didn't use Reid Plubming for my need, I have to point out the professionalism they showed to me by recommending another plumbing outfit. Gotta love the team player aspect. The one they recommended did the work for me but that plumber told me that out of professional courtesy I should continue using Reid Plumbing and they don't want to be perceived as taking customers through a recommendation. What is this honesty thing? I hardly ever see it. And for that reason I MUST point this out with Reid plumbing. Very professional. I will be using them in the future.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST FIFTEEN YEARS. I THINK THAT THE MOST OUTSTANDING FEATURE IS THAT THEY CAN RESPOND TO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS QUICKLY AND PRIORITIZE THEIR CALLS.
