James was prompt, professional and friendly. He came to look at a tree and explained how we should proceed with caring for it. He recommended that we wait until the weather becomes cooler and for the tree to become dormant to have the job completed. We were not pressured at all to get the job done quickly. We are looking forward to our next appointment for James to complete the job.
